Lease agreement of Hajiyah Shah Baygum's inheritance, 1913
The inheritors of Hajiyah Shah Baygum, wife of the late Haji Hakim from Rasht, rent inherited property to Muhammad Husayn Uf from Irvan for six years in exchange for eighteen thousand tumans. Hajiyah Shah Baygum's inheritors include her nieces and nephews, and the leased properties, including a bath, are located near Rasht and Fuman.

Lease, 1881
On November 25, 1880, Muhammad Riza Khan, son of Aqa Muhammad Rahim, leased some properties to Aqa Sayyid Abu Ja‘far and Haji Mirza ‘Abd al-Samad, the merchant and son of Aqa Mirza Muhammad Kazim. Following a claim by Khavar Sultan, wife of the late Brigadier Muhammad Karim Khan, part of the property belongs to her. Thus, an adjustment was made to the amount of the lease. On November 23, 1881, Haji Mirza ‘Abd al-Samad became the sole tenant of the property by paying Aqa Sayyid Abu Ja‘far.

Marriage contract of the daughter of Shaykh ‘Ali from Usku and ‘Abd al-Khaliq, son of Ustad Muhsin from Usku; her mahr is one-fourth of a house, one-fourth of a garden, a set of bedding worth three tumans, a gold ring and a bath bowl worth one tuman, a candlestick worth three thousand five hundred dinars, all belonging to groom's mother and father. On November 25, 1876, the daughter of Shaykh ‘Ali settled with ‘Abd al-Khaliq over one-fourth of the mentioned garden in exchange with one-third of another piece of land. Huri Laqa Khanum, the daughter of Navvab Sayf Allah Mirza, and Fatimah Khanum, the daughter of the late Mulla Sultan Muhammad from Urdubad has sold a bath (one-third share of Shahzadah Laqa Khanum and one-third share of Fatimah Khanum), known as Bala Hammam, and the attached grocery store for one thousand and five hundred tumans to Aqa Sayyid Riza.

Dust Muhammad Khan Muʻayyir al-Mamalik divides his and his wife (Fatimah Khanum ʻIsmat al-Dawlah [daughter of Nasir al-Din Shah])'s property among their children after his wife's death. He transfers the ownership of the Mihrabad village in Tehran, which was part of ʻIsmat al-Dawlah's dowry, as well as the trees and buildings in this property, and some other properties in Tehran to his son, Dust ʻAli Khan Iʻtisam al-Saltanah. Settlement between Hashim Malak Madani and Ashraf Khanum, daughter of Sultan Muhammad Mirza Sayf al-Dawlah [and] wife of Rasul Khan Razavi from Malayir, exchanging a caravansary and a series of connected shops located in Malayir and known as Mirza Abu al-Qasim Khani Sara and part of the Baharistan qanats for three thousand five hundred tumans. On margin: "the receipt for three thousand and five hundred tumans received by Hashim Malak Madani. Ahmad Madani, brother of Hashim Malak Madani, permitted this settlement on July 14, 1929 and received the settlement fee."
